Appeal following assault on Maryhill Road, Glasgow
Detectives are appealing for information following the assault of a man in Glasgow.
Around 6.50pm on Friday, 25 April, a 31-year-old man was cycling on Maryhill Road near to Windsor Street when he was approached by a group of four male youths and assaulted.
He attended at Glasgow Royal Infirmary Hospital for treatment and was later released.
The males are believed to be in their teens and were all wearing football scarves.
Detective Constable Marc Stirling said: “Extensive enquiries are being carried out to establish the full circumstances of this incident.
“We are appealing to anyone in the area at the time who may have witnessed the incident or anyone with any information to get in touch.
“I would also urge anyone with dashcam footage or private CCTV that could assist our investigation to contact officers.”
