Third arrest in connection with death of David Graham in Uddingston

​A 28-year-old man who has been arrested in connection with the death of 38-year-old David Graham in Uddingston has been released pending further enquires.

Officers were called around 7.35pm on Sunday, 6 October, 2024, after Mr Graham was attacked while walking in General's Gate. He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

Enquiries are continuing.

A 29-year-old man was previously arrested and charged in connection with the death and appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Thursday, 10 October.

A 41-year-old man was arrested in connection with the death and released pending further enquiries.
