Appeal for information following fire at a farm in Earlston, Scottish Borders

Detectives are appealing for information following a fire at a farm in Earlston.

Around 70 bales of hales were set alight around 6.40pm on Saturday, 5 October, 2024.

Scottish Fire and Rescue Services attended and extinguished the fire.

Detective Constable Liam Myers of CID said: "Thankfully no-one was injured as a result of the fire.

“We are carrying out a review of CCTV to identify who is responsible. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting 3126 of Saturday, 5 October, 2024."
