Appeal for information following a fire at Prospecthill Crescent, Glasgow

Officers are continuing to carry out enquiries into a fire at block of flats in Prospecthill Crescent, Glasgow.

Emergency services were called to the scene around 5.40pm on Tuesday, 8 October, 2024.

The cordon has been lifted.

Inspector Alex Marshall said: “Thankfully no-one was injured as a result of the fire. Enquiries into the fire are still ongoing and I would appeal to anyone with any information as to how the fire started to contact police on 101, quoting incident 2791 of Tuesday, 8 October, 2024.”
