Wilful fireraising at school on Glen Moriston Road, Darnley

Officers are appealing for information after a fire was set at a primary school on Glen Moriston Road, Darnley.

Police were called to the school around 9.30pm on Tuesday, 5 November, 2024.

The fire was extinguished by Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.

Sergeant Richie Armstrong said: “Enquiries are ongoing and the fire is being treated as wilful.

“Anyone with information that may assist our investigation should contact 101 quoting incident number 4309 of 5 November. Alternatively Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained.”
