A police operation in East Kilbride nets Class A drugs.
Officers in Lanarkshire have seized Class A drugs following an operation in East Kilbride on Tuesday, 21 May 2024.
Around 9am, officers acting under warrant searched a house in Alberta Avenue and recovered cocaine, heroin and cannabis worth an estimated street value of more than £55,000.
A 28-year-old woman and a 37-year-old man were arrested in connection with the seizure. They are due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Wednesday, 22 May 2024.
