Men charged following serious assault on Union Street, Glasgow

Two men, aged 21 and 26, have been arrested and charged following a serious assault in Glasgow.

The incident happened on Union Street around 12.20am on Monday, 4 March, 2024.

Emergency services attended and a 31-year-old man was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital with serious injuries.

Both men are due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday, 5 March, 2024.

Enquiries remain ongoing.
