Appeal after sheep attacked by dog near Campbeltown

Police are appealing for information after an incident of sheep worrying at a farm in Kilkenzie, near Campbeltown.

It is believed the sheep was attacked by a dog sometime between 7am and 11am on Thursday, 14 March, 2024.

Constable Lucas McAlister, from Campbeltown Police Station, said: “Thankfully, the sheep is expected to survive, despite its serious injuries.

“Anyone with any information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 0797 of 14 March, 2024.”
