Cannabis plants seized in Galashiels

Police in the Scottish Borders have discovered a cannabis cultivation at a premises in Galashiels.

Around 10.20am on Wednesday, 17 July 2024, officers, acting under warrant, searched a unoccupied unit in Buckholm Mill Brae, Galashiels and recovered approximately 225 cannabis plants. The potential street value is around £190,000.
