Appeal for information following assault with intent to rob in Airdrie

We are appealing for information following an assault with intent to rob at a property in Airdrie.

The incident happened around 10.05pm on Monday, 8 January, 2024 on Dykehead Crescent.

A man was assaulted after four men wearing dark clothing and balaclavas entered the property.

Detective Sergeant Craig Jeffrey said: “Fortunately no-one was injured, and our enquiries are ongoing.

“We are appealing to anyone who may have seen anything, or who has private or dash-cam footage of the area at the time, to contact us.”
