Drugs recovered from vehicle in Inverness

Drugs with an estimated street value of around £5300 have been recovered in Inverness.

Around 6.55pm on Wednesday, 14 February, 2024, officers stopped a Ford EcoSport on Bridge Street. Following a search of the vehicle a quantity of cannabis was seized.

A 45-year-old man has been arrested in connection with drugs offences and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
