Second arrest following vandalisms in Kirkintilloch and Lenzie

A second person has been charged in connection with vandalisms in Kirkintilloch and Lenzie.

A 32-year-old man was arrested and charged on Tuesday, 31 December, 2024 in connection with the vandalisms, which happened between October and November 2024.

A number of business premises were spray painted.

The man is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court at a later date and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.

A 17-year-old male youth was also arrested and charged in connection earlier this month.
