Man arrested following serious assault in Moat Road, Annan

A 22-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the serious assault of a man in Moat Road, Annan, in the early hours of Sunday, 8 October, 2023.

He appeared at Dumfries Sheriff Court, on Tuesday, 10 October, 2023.

Detective Inspector Graeme Robertson said: “We continue to make enquiries into the assault, and I again appeal to anyone with information about what happened to come forward.”
