Appeal following serious assault in Mill Street, Perth

Police Scotland is appealing for information following a serious assault in Perth.

The incident took place at around 3.35 am on Friday, 17 March, 2023 outside a nightclub in Mill Street.

A 49-year-old man was taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee for treatment.

Detective Sergeant Jennifer Doe of CID in Perth said: “We are reviewing CCTV in an effort to establish who was responsible. We would like to speak to anyone who was in the area or any motorists who may have dash-cam footage that could assist our investigation.

“Anyone with any information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting 0352 of 17 March, 2023.”
