Teenager arrested in connection with robbery in Bridgegate, Irvine

With reference to our previous release regarding two young boys robbed in Bridgegate, Irvine on Saturday, 27 May, a youth has been arrested.

A 15-year-old boy has been arrested and charged in connection with this robbery. He is due to appear at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court at a later date.

Enquiries are ongoing.

A report will be submitted to the Scottish Children’s Reporters Administration and the Procurator Fiscal.
