Man arrested and charged in connection with death of Alexander Allan

A 30-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of Alexander Allan in East Kilbride.

The 43-year-old was found seriously injured at a property in the Ivanhoe area around 7pm on Tuesday, 7 February, 2023.

He was treated at the scene by paramedics but died a short time later.

The 30-year-old man is due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Monday, 13 February, 2023.
