Man charged following serious crash on B7076 near Ecclefechan

A 31-year-old man has been charged with road traffic offences following a serious road traffic collision which occurred on the B7076 near to Ecclefechan, Dumfries, in the early hours of Sunday, 22 October, 2023.

The 24-year-old male victim was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow for treatment to serious injuries.

A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
