Man charged following death in Lanark

Following enquiries into the death of 32-year-old Robbie Yuill, officers have arrested and charged a 44-year-old man in connection with the death.

Mr Yuill was found on Smyllum Road, Lanark around 9.45am on Saturday, 2 December, 2023.

The man is due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Monday, 11 December, 2023.
