Man charged in connection with fatal crash in Dumbarton

A 44-year-old man has been charged in connection with a fatal crash on the A82 in Dumbarton in 2022.

The incident happened near the Lomondgate Roundabout around 8pm on Monday, 9 May, 2022.

A BMW 3 Series car struck five men who were working on the grass verge by the road.

A 59-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The 44-year-old will be the subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal.
