Teenager charged in connection with attempted murder, Kilmarnock

A 17-year-old male has been arrested and charged in connection with an attempted murder in Kilmarnock.

The incident happened around 6.15pm on Monday, 24 October, 2022, on Soulis Street when a 14-year-old male youth sustained serious injuries and was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow for treatment.

The 17-year-old is due to appear at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court today (Wednesday, 26 October).
