Man arrested in Dundee
Around 4am on Wednesday, 12 October, 2022, officers were called to a report of a break-in and serious assault at a shop in Gallagher Retail Park, Dundee.
Emergency services attended and a 46-year-old man was taken by ambulance to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee.
A 40-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident. He is due to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Thursday, 13 October, 2022.
