CCTV appeal following serious assault in Glasgow city centre

Officers are investigating a serious assault that took place at the entrance of St Enoch Subway Station, St Enoch Square, Glasgow, around 5.30pm on Sunday, 1 May, 2022.

Officers believe that the male shown in the images may have information that can assist them with their investigation.

The male is described as aged between 25-30 years of age, around 5ft 8ins tall and of medium build. He was wearing a red Adidas tracksuit top with distinctive white stripes on each sleeve, blue denim trousers and white trainers. He was last seen heading south on St Enoch Square towards Howard Street.

Officers are appealing to the man, or to anyone who recognises him, or who may have information about the assault, to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting reference number AB00320522.
