Appeal following serious assault - Winton Street, Ardrossan

Detectives in Ayrshire are appealing for witnesses after a serious assault in Winton Street, Ardrossan, near to the junction with Glasgow Street.

The incident was reported around 10.15pm on Friday, 25 November, 2022. A 43-year-old man was taken to University Hospital Crosshouse and later released following treatment.

Detective Constable Lorna Kerr said: “Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances and we are appealing for anyone who saw what happened, or who has dash-cam footage of the area at the time, to contact police.
