Serious Road Crash – Killermont Street, Glasgow
Police Scotland is appealing for information following a serious road crash in Glasgow City Centre which occurred on Thursday, 7 October, 2021.
Around 3.30pm police were called to the incident involving a bus and a 71-year-old female pedestrian in Killermont Street, near to Buchannan Bus Station.
Emergency services attended and the victim was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where medical staff describe her condition as critical.
Sergeant Roy McCarney, Greater Glasgow Road Policing Unit, said: “Enquiries into the crash are ongoing and we are supporting the woman’s family at this time.
“Anyone with information, particularly dash-cam footage of the incident, is asked to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident number 2232 of the 7th of October 2021.”
