ACC Middleton has 25 years’ experience of policing in Northern Ireland, most recently as PSNI Chief Superintendent in Local Policing where she was the operational lead for the policing response to COVID and also had responsibility for roll out of the Neighbourhood Policing Delivery Programme across Northern Ireland.​​​
