Man suffers serious injuries in Bridgeton assault
Detectives are appealing for information after a man suffered a serious injury after he was assaulted in the Bridgeton area of Glasgow.
The 55-year-old man was attacked a number of unidentified people at the corner of Tullis Street and Greenhead Street around 8.15pm on Monday, 3 January.
The man was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment to a serious but non-life threatening injury.
Detective Constable Jay Gill of Shettleston Police Station said: “Our enquiries into this incident are ongoing and I would urge anyone who may have seen or heard any disturbance around the area on Monday evening to get in touch.
“We would also be keen to speak to anyone with dashcam footage or private CCTV.
