Renewed appeal to trace Victoria McGloin in Aberdeen
Officers in Aberdeen issued a CCTV image as enquiries continue to trace Victoria McGloin who remains missing in the city.
The 46-year-old was last seen in the Hardgate area around 4pm on Sunday, 19 October, 2025.
Enquiries have established that she walked south down Hardgate towards the steps to access the Deeside Way.
Further enquiries are ongoing to establish her movements after that and officers are appealing for help from the public.
Chief Inspector Vicky Stables said: “We are increasingly concerned for Victoria’s wellbeing and we would be keen to speak to anyone who may have seen her to get in touch urgently.
“We are working to establish whether she may have accessed the Deeside Way and walked in the direction of Duthie Park, or in another direction.
“We would ask anyone who lives in the local area who may have home doorbell or private CCTV footage to review this and let us know if they have seen anyone matching Victoria’s description.
“We would also be keen to speak to anyone who have been on the Deeside Way and may have seen her to get in touch. Anyone who may have been cycling on the railway and may have footage from dashcam or a helmet camera is also asked to check this for anything that may be of note.
“Victoria is a very capable walker with a fondness for being outdoors and it is possible she may have gone further afield than Aberdeen and I would ask people to be vigilant and report anything they feel may help to us.”
Anyone who can help is asked to call 101, quoting reference2667 of 19 October, 2025.”
Victoria is described as 5ft 2ins tall, of medium build with red/brown shoulder length hair and wears glasses. When last seen, she was wearing a black raincoat, a brown t-shirt with white writing, with a purple hooded jumper, trousers and blue ankle height walking boots.
