Cannabis and cash seized in Fort William

Officers have seized cannabis, cash and equipment used in the supply of drugs following an operation in Fort William.

Around 3pm on Wednesday, 22 October, 2025, divisional officers, assisted by PD Beans from the dog unit, searched a property in the Plantation area.

A quantity of cannabis, worth an estimated street value of £3,500, along with drugs equipment was seized.

Officers also recovered more than £3,000 in cash.

Enquiries are ongoing.
