Missing Man - Gary McMorran - Langholm

Gary McMorran

Police in Dumfries and Galloway are appealing for information to help trace a man missing from Langholm.

Gary McMorran (63) was last seen in the Wauchope Street area of Langholm around 4.30pm on Saturday, 15 November 2025.

He is described as white, around 6ft, bald and has facial hair. He is also known to wear glasses.

Inspector Murray Richardson said:

“Our concerns are growing for the wellbeing of Mr McMorran and I am appealing to anyone who has seen him or who has any information on his current whereabouts to contact us.

“I would also appeal to anyone who was in the Langholm area around this time and who may have dash cam or private CCTV which could assist to get in touch.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact 101 quoting reference 2562 of 17 November, 2025.
