Continued appeal to help trace Adrian Knott missing in Dumfries and Galloway
Officers are continuing to appeal for the help of the public to trace a man missing in Dumfries and Galloway.
Adrian Knott, known as Ade, was last seen around 11pm on Sunday, 23 November, 2025 at Gatehouse of Fleet.
The 51-year-old is described as being around 6ft, with a grey beard and a bald head. He wears black framed glasses, has a nose ring and tattoos on both hands.
He likely to be wearing a camouflage waterproof jacket and a brown fleece.
His vehicle was traced at Knocktinkle and extensive searches are being carried out to trace him including use of the helicopter and drones.
Inspector Kelly Douglas said: “As time passes concerns are growing for Adrian.
“Our enquiries are ongoing with searches continuing over the weekend.
“I would appeal to anyone who has seen Adrian or who has any information on his whereabouts to contact us.
“I would ask anyone who has been in the area to think back, do you remember seeing someone matching his description? Any information could prove vital.”
