Body of man found at Gatehouse of Fleet

Around 10.40am on Saturday, 29 November, 2025, the body of a man was found at the Gatehouse of Fleet.

Formal identification has not taken place yet, but the family of Adrian Knott, 51, was reported missing on Sunday, 23 November, 2025, have been informed.

The death is being treated as unexplained but not believed to be suspicious. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
