Appeal to trace Kenneth Unsworth, reported missing from Merseyside who has travelled to Scotland
Officers are appealing for the help of the public to trace a 46-year-old man reported missing from Merseyside who has travelled to Tayside and possibly on to Aberdeenshire.
Kenneth Unsworth was seen on Thursday, 20 November, leaving the town of Huyton and concerns are growing for his welfare.
He is described as 5ft 10ins, of slim build with short, blonde hair and clean shaven. When last seen he was wearing a grey Under Armour tracksuit, a dark-coloured jacket and a bobble hat.
Inspector Barry Stewart said: “Extensive enquiries are ongoing to trace Kenneth and it is important we make sure he is safe and well.
“We believe he was in a grey Audi that took a route along the A90 from Brechin to Laurencekirk where it may have stopped at the roadside near Stracathro around 8.50pm on 20 November.
“We are asking anyone travelling along this stretch of the A90 that evening who saw anything that could assist with our enquiries to get in touch.
“Please also check gardens, sheds and out-buildings if you live or work along this route and any dash-cam or private CCTV that you might have.”
Anyone who can help is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting reference 2213 of Sunday, 23 November, 2025.
