Appeal following woman assaulted in Aberdeen
Detectives are appealing for information after a woman was assaulted in Aberdeen on Thursday, 5 June, 2025.
The incident happened shortly after 10.30pm in Don Street, Aberdeen.
The 21-year-old woman was approached by a man who assaulted her in the street. The woman did not require medical treatment.
The suspect is described as white, 5ft 8 inches in height, aged between late 20s and early 30s, slim build with short dark hair. He was wearing a dark coloured hooded jacket and grey trousers.
Detective Inspector Andrew Sharp said:
“This was a frightening incident for the woman and we are carrying out extensive enquiries in the area.
“I would ask anyone with who was in the area at the time or who has private CCTV, doorbell or dash cam footage to contact us as soon as possible.”
