Body recovered from the beach at Fraserburgh

Around 10.05am on Sunday, 7 December, we received a report of a body found on the beach at Fraserburgh.

Emergency services attended and the body of a man was recovered.

Formal identification has yet to take place but the family of Peter Wilson, reported missing from the area, has been informed.

The death is being treated as unexplained but there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances.
