Appeal for information following serious assault in Blantyre

Officers are appealing for information following the serious assault of a man in Blantyre.

The incident happened around 3am on Saturday, 8 June, 2024 on Logan Street.

The 20-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment.

Detective Constable Sharon McBride said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who may have information to contact us.

“We are also asking people to check private CCTV and dash-cams for footage that could assist with our investigation.”
