Man charged in connection with fatal RTC on A90

Police Scotland can confirm that a 34-year-old man has been arrested and charged in relation to alleged road traffic offences following a collision in which three people died on the A90 at Glenbervie on Tuesday, 12 March, at around 4.30pm.

The man was the driver of a red Renault Megane. A bus and a silver Ford B Max were also involved in the collision.

It is anticipated that the man will appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Thursday, 14 March.
