Officers in Glasgow are appealing for information after a 27-year-old man died after crashing his quad bike on Archerhll Road on Thursday, 28 November, 2019.
The man was riding a blue Yamaha YFM quad bike with two other people on quad bikes when it struck a traffic light around 4.45pm.
Emergency services attended, however the man was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. The road was closed until 10.20pm whilst enquiries were carried out.
Sergeant Kenny Malaney, Glasgow Road Policing Unit said: "We are supporting the man's family at this difficult time.
"Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances of the collision and we would ask that anyone who witnessed the crash or may have any relevant dash cam footage to contact the police as soon as possible.
"We are also appealing for anyone who may have been in the Knightswood area on Thursday afternoon and saw quad bikes being driven in the nearby streets to get in touch."
