Robbery – Reidvale Street, Glasgow

Police in Glasgow have released images of two men they wish to trace as they believe they may be able to assist them with their enquiries into a robbery on Wednesday 16 January 2019.

Around 4.20 pm, two 16 year-old boys were walking along the footbridge towards Reidvale Street, Glasgow when they were approached and assaulted by two men.

One of the boys received serious facial injuries, whilst the other sustained minor injuries. Both were taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary.

Both men pictured may be able to assist with this investigation and anyone who recognises them is asked to come forward.

The first man is described as white, 5ft 10 in height, slim build, aged 19-20. Wearing a black cap with black padded hooded jacket with hood worn up (possibly North face jacket) black tracksuit bottoms, waterproof material and black trainers.

The second man is described as white, 5ft 6 in height, slim build, aged 19-20. He had swollen lips with blood around his mouth and gaps in his teeth. He was wearing a blue cap with blue hooded jacket/ top with hood worn up. Blue tracksuit bottoms, waterproof material and light coloured trainers.
