Fatal road traffic collision, Fife

Police in Fife are investigating a fatal road traffic collision after they received a call just after 10am (Monday 31 December).

The incident occurred on the A915 (Standing Stane road) and involved one vehicle which had left the road and was discovered by members of the public.

The road is currently closed at Boreland Road, Dysart and the B930 Percival Road, Muiredge. Members of the public are advised to avoid the area for the next couple of hours, where possible.

Anyone who witnessed the collision or has any information to help with ongoing inquiries is asked to contact 101, quoting incident number 0832 of 31 December.
