Two men arrested and charged following drugs recovery in Ayr

Two men have been arrested and charged following a drugs recovery in Ayr.

On Tuesday, 17 March, 2026, officers acting on warrant attended an address in Campbell Court. A quantity of cocaine and cannabis, with an estimated street value of £8,500 was recovered.

The two men aged, 19 and 30, are due to appear at Ayr Sheriff Court on Wednesday, 18 March.

Inspector Ian McColl said: "Drugs cause misery in our communities and we are committed to removing them from our streets.

"This seizure underlines our commitment to the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce and the country's Serious Organised Crime Strategy.
