RTC – A96 near Huntly – Sunday, 8 March, 2026 – Update

The 53-year-old woman who died following a crash on the A96 near Huntly around 6pm on Sunday, 8 March, 2026 can be named as:

Joyann Alexie Andrews from Aberdeenshire.

Sergeant Dave Cooper from Elgin Road Policing said: “Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the woman who has died.

“Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash to contact us.

“We’d also ask anyone with dash-cam footage that could assist our enquiries to come forward.”
