Cannabis cultivation worth more than £600,000 recovered in Aberdeen
Drugs worth over £600,000 have been recovered from a disused premises in Aberdeen.
On Wednesday, 4 March, 2026, officers carrying out enquiries at a premises in the Crown Terrace area discovered a cannabis cultivation within.
A warrant was executed on Thursday, 5 March, and subsequently, 762 plants were recovered. The estimated street value is believed to be around £610,000.
There was no trace of anyone at the premises and enquiries are ongoing.
Sergeant Stuart Stevenson said: “This is a very significant recovery and demonstrates our continued commitment to removing illegal drugs from our communities.
“Our enquiries are ongoing and anyone with relevant information which may assist is asked to contact us as soon as possible.
“Drugs cause misery in our communities and the public has an important role to play in helping Police Scotland target those responsible for the cultivation, supply and sale of illegal substances.
