Appeal for information following dangerous driving incident in Livingston

Officers are appealing for information following a dangerous driving incident in Livingston.

The incident happened around 6.35pm on Sunday, 8 March, 2026, at a retail park carpark on Almondvale Road.

A driver, in a white Ford Fiesta, drove into trolleys, hedges, trees and bollards within the carpark. The driver subsequently made off on foot.

There were no reports of any injuries.

Inspector Kylie Barnard said: “Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident to contact us.

“We’d also ask anyone with dash-cam footage which could assist our enquiries to come forward.”
