Appeal for information following a break-in and theft in Bathgate

Officers are appealing for information following a break-in and theft in Bathgate.

Between 1.10am and 2.30am on Thursday, 12 March, 2026, entry was gained to a property on Margaret Avenue, Boghall and a white Audi S5, registration number WO18 VCY, was taken from the driveway.

Detective Constable Graeme Rogers said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and I am appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident, who may have seen the car or who may have information which could assist to contact us.

“The Audi has distinguishing features, the wing mirrors, the trim, and the badge are all black. This sets it apart from other standard versions.

“I would also ask anyone who was in the area around the time and who may have dash cam or private CCTV which could help to get in touch.”
