Appeal following serious crash on A91 in Fife

Road policing officers are appealing for witnesses following a serious crash in Fife.

The crash happened around 6.15pm on Thursday, 26 February, 2026, on the A91 between Springfield junction and Hangman’s Lane.

A grey Ford Fiesta and a turquoise Suzuki Vitara were involved.

The driver and passenger of the Fiesta along with the driver of the Vitara were taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee for treatment.

Sergeant Chris Anderson said: “I would appeal to anyone who witnessed the crash take place, who has not yet spoken to police, to contact us. We are also keen to obtain any dashcam from motorists driving on the road around the time of the crash.

“Anyone with information should contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 2837 of 26 February.”
