Dundee man sentenced for his part in supplying illegal drugs
A 25-year-old man from Dundee has been sentenced to more than four years imprisonment for his part in the supply of illegal drugs.
On Tuesday, 25 February, 2025, officers acting under warrant, searched a flat in Provost Road, Dundee and recovered four kilos of Cocaine, worth an estimated street value of around £400,000 pounds.
Following enquiries, officers arrested Kai Buchan in connection with the recovery.

He pleaded guilty at the High Court in Edinburgh on Thursday, 8 January, 2026.
He was sentenced to four years and nine months imprisonment at the High Court in Livingston today.
Detective Inspector Gary Lamb said: "Kai Buchan supplied illegal drugs to make money, with no regard for the harm and misery these drugs brought to people's lives. Removing illegal drugs from our communities and targeting the criminals and networks involved remains a top priority for us, and I hope this judgement reinforces that and sends a clear message, if you are dealing drugs we will pursue you and bring you to justice.
"I would like to reassure everyone that we will continue our proactive work and collaboration with partners to remove harmful substances from our streets and protect those living in our local communities."
