Man and woman charged with drug offences after vehicle stopped near Dumfries

A 31-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman have been arrested and charged in connection with drug offences, including supply, after a vehicle was stopped on the A76.

Around 9.40am on Thursday, 25 September, 2025, officers, acting on intelligence, stopped a car near Dumfries.

The man and woman were due to appear at Dumfries Sheriff Court on Friday, 26 September, 2025.
