Break-in at Tullibardine Distillery in Blackford

Officers are appealing for information following a break-in at Tullibardine Distillery in Blackford.

The incident happened around 10pm on Saturday, 13 September, 2025. Two bottles of whisky, worth a three-figure sum, were stolen.

The suspect is described as being of medium build and wearing all dark clothing, including a hooded jumper with the hood up, dark trousers, a black puffer gilet with a reflective logo, black gloves and a black balaclava.

Detective Constable Leanne Ritchie said: “Our enquiries are ongoing to trace the person responsible for this crime and I would urge anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area around the time to get in touch.

“I would also ask drivers with dash-cam who were in the Blackford area on Saturday evening to check their footage in case it holds anything that may help our investigation.”
