Teenager reported following serious assault at South Gyle Access, Edinburgh

A teenage male has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal and Children’s Reporter in connection with a serious assault at South Gyle Access, Edinburgh.

The incident took place around 2.50pm on Tuesday, 21 October, 2025.

A 17-year-old male was hit by a coach and attacked, resulting in serious injuries which were treated at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.

Detective Sergeant John Dunn said: “We’d like to thank the public for their assistance with our enquiries.”
