Man arrested and charged by detectives investigating death of Graham Wright

Detectives investigating the death of Graham Wright have arrested and charged a man.

The 53-year-old has been arrested and charged in connection with attempting to defeat the ends of justice and enquiries are ongoing.

He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Thursday, 2 October, 2025.

Graham, 38, was reported missing on Monday, 25 August, after last being seen around noon on Wednesday, 20 August, 2025, on Cumberland Street, Glasgow.

On Saturday, 13 September, 2025, officers were called to the Rubha Dubh, near Firkin Point, Loch Lomond, after human remains belonging Graham were discovered.

Graham's death continues to be treated as unexplained and extensive enquiries are ongoing.
